I spend a fair bit of time surfing the Internet. Here are some sites I like, for various reasons. I have tried to categorise them to some extent. The websites of the major newspapers are a fabulous source of news. Google News is great.

Sport

Most websites of sporting bodies are pretty bad. And most of the general worldwide sports sites, like ESPN, are very US-oriented. Cricinfo, though, is in a class of its own. Little wonder it is one of the world;s most popular websites.
